Critter report: Butch, Wile E. Coyote, skunk

Butch meets skunk!


It was rather funny. I have the trailcam rigged for photos, and managed 296 that day. They were busy. I put a few together in a video.

Then, 11:40 yesterday morning. (We were in Ottawa!) He likes to pee in this spot...


Hooper's safe house is working out well, although he didn't want out yesterday, when it was cooler!


My client has been enjoying her window feeder. She's had one bird twice!

    These are some fancy critters in your backyard.
    I haven't seen a Coyote (in a while), which I almost mistook for a Wolf :)

    Really nice coyote shots with your trail cam. I seldom catch one here in the daytime on mine. Just fleeting shots in the dark.

    I imagined that a skunk and a raccoon might fight? Obviously not and I'm guessing the skunk has the ultimate weapon. That trail cam of yours was a good investment to get such numbers and variety of animals.

    Jenn - crazy critters!!! Love the 'video' of the skunk and the raccoon - very entertaining. I have been getting a few night-time shots of our coyote, but no daytime shots - I think there is just too much activity around here right now with a house that is being built on the hilltop near here!
