A busy day on the homefront!
We had 8 cm of snow overnight on Friday. The deer prepared. The antlers are buried under the snow somewhere. I think. Perhaps, the coyotes took them away for fun. You can see Double-Pickle Stabber still has his pair of antlers.
Then the snow began to fall. In the early hours the coyote, or two, traveled past in the wee hours.

I wonder how these animals and birds survive the cold. I know I would have had a hard time trying to deal with snow and survive the cold.
ReplyDeleteIt's not a great pleasure to live in the Middle East, so I had plans, but they always fell because of climate issues.
That's quite a collection of deer in some of the photos. Nice to see the coyote.
