Yard tails

I love waking in the morning and seeing the deer sleeping under our large, white pine tree.

Then, there is Tigger, who thought the bird seed was good. He still has his antlers, although he could lose them anytime soon. I hope he leaves one for me! I know that the wildlife (porcupines, coyotes)

  1. Every one a winner today, shelter under the big branches, food in a feeder, water in the bird bath, ( is the heater still working ) and all is well in your beautiful haven for them all.

  8. There was a lady at our market. Few years ago who gathered many antlers. Her secret if i remember correctly was to get the deer to put their heads under things to get the feed. As they came out the antlers would tend to fall if they were ready.
