North Gower Market; Foresters Falls

I just returned from a trip to Toronto for a meeting. More on that tomorrow!

This was on our way back from Metcalfe! Sadly, the rolls didn't have any tofu in them! Hubby liked his berries, though!




The colours are lovely! I'm sure you'll be happy to see a few more! The season seems so short.

Down at the canoe launch, I was wondering what this was. Bob, at Gilligalou, said he thought it was the intake for the firefighters! Bob knows everything!

    The market goodies are all there.Lovely leaf colours, and a water intake, what a great idea, probably plastic lined so it is all clean and full all the time.

    I was hoping to find somewhere in town to buy apples, but our farmers markets are close for now. Guess I'll have to check out bargains at the store. I lost my tomatoes in the heavy rains this year, so I thought maybe I could put up some apples for winter breakfasts. - Margy
