Spring is truly sprung over there!!! Pondlife, bridge trolls and pretty wee birdies...I love your 'flicker' and am wondering if it related to the British Song Thrush? Certainly yours puts on a slightly prettier show, but does it have the sweet, sweet song? ...am going on a webhunt now!!! Easter Blessings. YAM xx

  7. If you've got some big old rotten tree the flickers might stay. they are pretty quiet so you may have to watch very carefully.

Following up on earlier comment - I now realise the flicker is a woodpecker species - very lovely!

You have done a sterling job recording all those floods too, Jenn - water...can't live without it but could live without this much!! Happy Easter. YAM xx
