Time for the back-up. With a morning temperature of -24 C., and much drifted snow to move, I need some coffee!
It's fabulous how simpler is better.
Can you believe it, our manual percolator quit working. The pump stem just wouldn't get a good perk going. Fortunately, I had a spare from an old pot that started to get rusty. A quick fix, for my morning fix. - Margy

I cannot start my day without coffee and I have noticed that the electronic gadgets just don't hold up llike they used to.

ReplyDeleteOh no -- thank goodness you had a backup. I need my morning coffee even when its warm out -- can't imagine doing without it in your winter weather.
