Twas a hot day in the swamp, cherries, droopy kittens

Even the cats took a break.
They could barely keep their heads up!

Dorah was worn out chasing bugs,
mostly dragonflies...

The butterflies are out and about.

The cherry tree has managed cherries this year. The drought last year killed them and they dropped. They are beautiful. The blue jays, robins, and even the woodpecker was grabbing a bite. A busy day in the yard.
Yesterday, we had 17mm of rain. It was a good thing, even while I was trying to fix my goldfish pond pump.

    It looks like you have lots of fruit. I still haven't checked to see what's happening. Rain may have taken it's toll on the pollen

    Thanks for visiting Bridgit's Bell and your nice comments. I returned the favor. I grew up on Lake Winnipesaukee, the largest lake in NH and motorized big boats made it not so fun.

    So it is a cherry tree down the street! I have never noticed it having fruit before...
