There have been LOTS of animal/car conflict up here in the Upper Ottawa Valley. Right at the head of our road there was a devestating crash. I'm so happy to see them both in my yard and wish they would stay here and OFF MY ROAD.

Wow! Spectacular!
ReplyDeleteYou are seeing great critters there. I love them all the bears, deers and the cool moose.
ReplyDeleteBears and deer - amazing shots!
ReplyDeleteLoved the video and your photos. I have only ever seen moose on holiday and that was quite a while ago now. Bears, only once up in the Shenandoah's.
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful animals.
ReplyDeleteWonderful getting to see the moose right beside the road! Great video footage! Love the stills too!

ReplyDeleteGood advice. A friend hit a moose three weeks ago and was very fortunate that he was not injured.
ReplyDeleteI remember a teacher friend going through Canada telling me their car hit a moose and both car and moose died. It was pretty traumatic.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful photos.
I wish I would ever see more moose -- I just love them. But I wouldn't go near them.
