The leaves are still beautiful!

Still fall colours this week, but the winds are wrestling the leaves to the ground. We had a massive thunderstorm yesterday. Leaves were flying in the wind.
We had only ~6 mm (0.23") rain, but many thunder boomers...

One froggie in the pond, which was filled by recent rain. There is one frog that moved in. A leopard frog. It has a bit of a wrecked leg.

The catalpa tree has produced humungous seed pods.

Glad to see you still have your colors, Jennifer. Ours are just starting to change in Columbus, Ohio.

Huge seed pods, can you use them for decorations after they are fully dried out? Autumn colours galore at your place. Down here greenery, blossoms, and some wind and rain too.

My word, those seed pods are gigantic! Fall is still pretty around you for sure. It seems an odd time of year for a thunderstorm. But of course I don't know your neck of the woods!

Beautiful fall colours! We got that same storm- I was glad I was inside.

Regarding your question, yes, I got to go around backstage. Shots from there coming in the next few days.

Oh, poor frog. Are you going to relocate it as you did with the others?

It's pretty late for a thunder storm? Yes, rain and a good wind will finish the leaves.

such lovely autumnal colours. Our colours seem to be more wonderful than ever this year and as yet no traditional Edinburgh winds to blow them all away!

Gorgeous autumn colours! Some trees here have already lost all their leaves. Poor little froggie!
