WOW! Look at all those deer!
When I was driving home from the OSPCA I saw a LOT of deer hanging out in farm fields and driveways. I wonder why they are bunching up NOW?
Spring is ephemeral, never predictable, almost unknowable...but we love it anyway, don't we?

karen, the deer do find winter yards and gather in the winter, keeping together for warmth and protection.
Red, each only gets a mouthful. It is worth it to watch them. The feed is a 40kg bag, for $20 from Dodds & Erwin. It's good food and makes us feel happy to help them. They are safe here.
