There have been LOTS of animal/car conflict up here in the Upper Ottawa Valley. Right at the head of our road there was a devestating crash. I'm so happy to see them both in my yard and wish they would stay here and OFF MY ROAD.
This month looks like it will fill the water table.

Wow! Spectacular!
You are seeing great critters there. I love them all the bears, deers and the cool moose.
Bears and deer - amazing shots!
Loved the video and your photos. I have only ever seen moose on holiday and that was quite a while ago now. Bears, only once up in the Shenandoah's.
They are beautiful animals.
Wonderful getting to see the moose right beside the road! Great video footage! Love the stills too!

Good advice. A friend hit a moose three weeks ago and was very fortunate that he was not injured.
I remember a teacher friend going through Canada telling me their car hit a moose and both car and moose died. It was pretty traumatic.
These are wonderful photos.
I wish I would ever see more moose -- I just love them. But I wouldn't go near them.
